Manifestation is the idea that you can create what you want in life by thinking or imagining it, working hard, and putting in effort. This can be in the form of a job promotion, a new relationship, financial wealth, or anything in between.
Manifestation is a powerful tool that when learned and used correctly, can really change your life. You can learn more about how to use manifestation in your life by reading books about it, listening to podcasts about it, or attending classes on it.
However, there is a wrong way to let go of your manifestation and this article will discuss how to properly let go of your desired manifestation. Letting go does not mean giving up on what you want; it means truly loving and accepting what is present in the moment.
Manifestation can be tough to master because we tend to get attached to the outcome we want and think that we deserve it. Letting go requires being aware of these thoughts and consciously deciding whether or not to accept what is or what will be.
Stop focusing on what you want
“You have to stop thinking about what you want and start thinking about what you have,” said comedian Lewis Black.
He’s talking about putting away the mental picture you have of what you want and instead being grateful for what you have.
Black calls this process “the terrible transfer,” where you have to let go of the things you like in order to be happy with what you have.
It sounds crazy, but it’s an important part of happiness.
When we spend all our time thinking about what we want, we lose focus on other things – like how grateful we are for all the other good things in our life. We can even lose gratitude for things that are great but that we take for granted.
We may also lose sleep, which doesn’t leave us very well-equipped to handle the next day. More importantly, constantly focusing on what we want is a source of stress.

Once you have let go of the things you think you deserve, it’s time to start focusing on the things you have.
You have a job (or another source of income), you have a family, you have friends, you have your health, you have your home… there are many things that we take for granted.
It can be hard to value these things when we want something else so badly, but now is the time to focus on these assets.
By doing this, you’ll not only become more grateful for what you have, but also more connected to what you want. You’ll be able to see all of the good things in your life that are happening right now.
And when we can see and appreciate what we have in the present moment, we can manifest more of what we want in the future.
Understand that everything happens for a reason
Manifestation is all about getting what you want, but you have to do it in the right way. You have to be willing to accept what comes to you, even if it’s not exactly what you wanted.
Manifestation is not about being greedy or insisting that the world give you what you want. It’s about being open to what the world has to offer and accepting what fits into your life.
You can’t force something that doesn’t belong in your life, and that’s a big part of manifestation. You have to be willing to accept whatever comes your way, even if it seems negative at first.
Manifestation isn’t just about wanting something and then getting it. It’s about understanding that everything happens for a reason, and knowing that you deserve something doesn’t mean that it will happen.
Release your fear of failure

One of the greatest things you can do to move forward in your life is to let go of your fear of failure.
Fear of failure can hold you back from trying new things, from making changes in your life, and from achieving the happiness you desire.
You may feel like you’re stuck in a rut or that there’s something missing in your life, but you may not be willing to consider new possibilities or changes.
Fear of failure is one of the most common barriers that people encounter when trying to manifest something into their lives.
But when you can truly understand what failure means, and truly accept it, then you will be able to move forward and achieve your goals and desires.
You must understand that Failure is simply a part of Life.
Relish in your success

Once you let go, you can start to notice how your life changes. You will see how your life changes by your absence, not your presence.
As you nurture this new awareness, you’ll discover how to relish in your successes—even the small ones. You’ll learn to appreciate the things that come easily to you.
This is an important part of letting go because it teaches you to value what you have instead of always wanting more. When you value what you have, you can be content and happy.
By letting go of needing things to be a certain way, or needing something specific to happen, you can enjoy the moment and what you have.
Manifesting isn’t magic, it’s discipline

Manifesting isn’t magic. You’re not going to tap some magical power and instantly have everything you want. That would be too easy!
Manifesting is a practice. It’s an exercise you do every day to keep your goals at the front of your mind and keep you moving toward them.
If you want to see tremendous changes in your life, you need to be willing to make some changes in your daily habits. You need to have a good grasp on what makes you happy and what you want out of life.
You have to be willing to put in the work it takes to get there, and this takes discipline. There are times when things won’t go your way, but if you’ve got the willpower to keep going, then you’ll see the results in the end.
You’ve got to be willing to take some steps that may seem crazy or out of the ordinary, but that are totally worth it in the end.
Always be working on something new

One of the best ways to let go of your current project is to have another project ready to take its place. Don’t wait until you’re completely done with something to think about what’s next.
While it’s good to have goals for the long term, in the short term, it’s better to work on projects that pay the bills. That way, you can focus more heavily on your artistic projects that mean the most to you.
If you find that you struggle with letting go of things, try keeping a list of several projects that you can begin when one is finished. Or start developing a new one before the previous one is done so that you have something to transition to.
Once you learn how to let go of your projects, you will find that you have more time and energy for other things in your life.
Tell people your intentions

Once you’ve figured out your goal, your next step is to tell other people about it. Tell your family, friends, acquaintances, and coworkers that you’re working on something and ask them to support you.
Not only will this help hold you accountable, but it will also spur encouraging remarks and offers of help.
Making your goal public will also bring a sense of fulfillment when you reach it. You’ll have an army of supporters to celebrate with you when you achieve what you want to achieve.
As with most things in life, the best things come when we let them go. That goes for goals too – sometimes the best way to let go of a goal is by sharing it with others.
If you’re aiming for financial success but find yourself stuck in a rut, try telling someone about your goal and asking them to support you.
